Job Description
A Field Product Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling a company’s products directly to customers in a specific territory or market. This is a field-based role, requiring direct interaction with retailers, distributors, or end customers to drive product adoption and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify growth opportunities and new agency recruitment leads.
- Monitor agency sales performance, persistency, and renewal rates.
- Provide guidance and support to agents for achieving sales targets.
- Manage a portfolio of key agency partners and high-performing agents.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 2 or more years of experience in sales and marketing.
- The appropriate age range is 24 to 40 years old.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiating skills.
