Location: Aurangabad , Maharashtra
Job Type: On-Roll

We’re looking for a Field Relationship Manager to lead and grow a high-performing agency sales team. This role involves fieldwork, agent mentoring, and performance management.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents
  • Conduct joint fieldwork with agents to close deals
  • Monitor daily performance and guide agents toward targets
  • Provide regular reports to management
  • Coach new agents and support their sales journey

Qualifications:

  • Graduate (any stream) – Mandatory
  • Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (insurance/BFSI preferred)
  • Good leadership and team management skills

Compensation: 

  • Salary up to ₹3.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives
  • Fast-track promotions based on performance
