Role Overview:
As a Field Sales Executive in the Agency Channel, your core responsibility is to recruit, train, and lead a team of insurance agents. You will act as a coach, strategist, and performance enabler to ensure your team meets and exceeds sales targets.
Core Duties:
- Build a productive agent team from the ground up.
- Guide and support agents through field visits and on-the-job coaching.
- Deliver training on products, customer engagement, and compliance.
- Analyze agent performance data and provide actionable insights.
- Foster a culture of achievement and continuous learning.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Graduate in any field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or team leadership.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Good understanding of insurance or financial products (preferred).
