Role Overview: 
As a Field Sales Executive in the Agency Channel, your core responsibility is to recruit, train, and lead a team of insurance agents. You will act as a coach, strategist, and performance enabler to ensure your team meets and exceeds sales targets.

Core Duties: 

 

  • Build a productive agent team from the ground up.
  • Guide and support agents through field visits and on-the-job coaching.
  • Deliver training on products, customer engagement, and compliance.
  • Analyze agent performance data and provide actionable insights.
  • Foster a culture of achievement and continuous learning.

 
Must-Have Qualifications: 

  • Graduate in any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or team leadership.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
  • Good understanding of insurance or financial products (preferred).
