Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand distribution/partner network
• Provide training, motivation, and ongoing support to channel partners
• Achieve assigned sales targets through partner performance
• Track performance and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements:

• Graduation in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (insurance or BFSI preferred)
