Job Description 
We are hiring a Field Relationship Manager  to scale our advisor network in Jalgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting potential advisors, providing sales guidance, and ensuring productivity in the assigned area.

 Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • Identify, approach, and onboard qualified advisors from the local marke
  • Schedule and conduct regular client interactions, product demos, and follow-ups
  • Achieve individual and team targets through effective channel development.
  • Ensure compliance and accurate reporting to the branch head

 Qualification & Experience:  

  • Graduation (Any stream) – Mandatory
  • Experience: 2+ years in sales/marketing (insurance, finance, FMCG, or similar)
  • Target-oriented with strong follow-up discipline
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
