We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our Agency Channel team.

 Roles & Responsibilities:  

• Generate leads and convert them into business.
• Monitor performance metrics and support team to ensure goal achievement
• Build strong customer relations and handle queries efficiently
• Conduct regular field visits and support agents in client meetings.
• Provide on-field training and sales support to agents.

 Qualification & Experience:  

• Graduation is mandatory (any stream)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or field marketing.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and customer behavior.
• Excellent team leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership qualities and a passion to grow with the organization
