Job Overview:

We are looking for a Field Relationship Officer to strengthen our agency network. This role involves meeting potential agents, building relationships, and supporting them to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and recruit new insurance agents
Provide guidance and support to agency partners
Help agents meet their sales goals
Build strong, lasting relationships in the field
Ensure regular communication and follow-ups

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any stream
Experience in field sales or agency development is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Willing to travel locally for field activities
