Job Description
To supervise and motivate the sales team in MH, we are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Field Sales and Business manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Monitor and check market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key agency partners. Collaborate with agencies to align sales strategies and objectives.
- Lead key negotiations with clients, finalizing contracts, and securing sales deals.
Requirements:
- Graduation compulsory
- 2+ year experience in field sales management
- Two wheeler
- Age: 21 to 38 year old
