Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Field Sales and Development Executive to drive on-ground business growth by generating leads, converting prospects, and expanding market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through field activities and relationship building.
  • Conduct meetings, product presentations, and on-site discussions with clients.
  • Consistently follow up on leads, ensuring timely submissions and deal closures.
  • Monitor market trends, gather competitor intelligence, and share actionable feedback with the management team.
  • Maintain daily sales reports, lead status updates, and field visit documentation.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–4 years of field sales and business development experience
  • Strong communication
  • Ability to meet targets through active field engagement
  • Good knowledge of market mapping
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions
