Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, visits, and networking.
  • Conduct face-to-face meetings to present, promote, and sell products/services.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collect market intelligence and report customer feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proven experience in field sales
  • Valid driver’s license
  • willingness to travel extensively
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
