We’re looking for a driven and dynamic Field Sales and Marketing Manager to lead, support, and grow a team of sales agents.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and performance feedback to agents.
• Promote and ensure top-tier customer service across all touchpoints.
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate performance reports.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and mentor sales teams.
