Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our on-ground sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to support the team and identify new business opportunities.
• To guarantee excellent performance, hire, develop, coach, and supervise sales staff.

• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Prepare daily sales reports and share with management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is must
• 2–5 years of experience in field sales
• Must be target-driven and self-motivated
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel locally for client meetings
