Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Associate to grow our business on the ground. This is a client-facing role that requires confidence, communication skills, and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively identify and visit potential customers
Present and promote financial/insurance products as per client needs
Generate leads and close sales through field efforts
Maintain follow-ups, documentation, and client records
Work towards achieving individual sales targets

Who Can Apply:

Graduate with at least 1 year of field sales experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Willing to travel within assigned territory
