Job Summary:
We are hiring Field Sales Associates to promote and sell life/general insurance products. The role includes meeting customers, explaining policy benefits, and closing sales through field visits.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and meet prospective customers in the field
Explain insurance plans and help customers choose suitable options
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain relationships for policy renewals and upselling
Submit daily sales reports and updates

Requirements:
Graduate (any stream)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to work on the field
Two-wheeler and valid license preferred
