Job Description
A Field Sales in the BFSI sector is responsible for generating new business, acquiring clients, and insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their financial goals and provide appropriate solutions.
- Work closely with banks, NBFCs, and insurance companies to process applications and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance sales opportunities.
- Stay updated with BFSI industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of experience in sales
- Strong communication
- Ability to work independently
- Travel extensively for client meetings.
- Knowledge of financial products
