Job Summary:
We are hiring a Field Sales Development Manager to expand our agency network. This role involves recruiting local agents, driving field activities, and meeting sales targets through effective team engagement. Ideal for energetic field professionals with strong market understanding.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
– Recruit, train, and activate life insurance agents
– Support agents in generating leads and converting insurance sales
– Conduct regular joint field calls to drive business closures
– Motivate agents through guidance, performance tracking, and coaching
– Ensure monthly sales targets are met consistently
– Maintain reports on agent performance, sales funnel, and collections
Candidate Requirements:
– Graduate in any discipline (mandatory)
– Minimum 2 years of field sales experience
– Strong communication and leadership skills
– Must be willing to travel extensively within the region
– Target-driven with a positive and proactive attitude
