Job Description

Drive sales and expand our agency network by engaging with insurance agents and developing new business opportunities in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and recruit new insurance agents and agencies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents.
• Educate agents on life insurance products.
• Provide field support and training.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Monitor and report on sales performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales-related role.
• Strong knowledge of life insurance products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be local.
