In the life insurance industry, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced direct sales manager to lead our team in increasing sales and hitting growth goals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and inspire a group of direct sales agents.

• Create and implement sales strategy to meet expansion objectives.

• Coach and guide members of the sales team.

• Preserve clientele and guarantee a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Preferably a bachelor’s degree.

• Proven track record in managing life insurance sales.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• A goal-driven attitude and an analytical mindset.

• Age range for minimum: 21 to 38
