Job Description

We’re seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive new business, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets in the Insurance sector. This role involves meeting potential clients face-to-face, explaining insurance products, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and convert new customers in assigned territory.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Explain insurance offerings and customize solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Document sales activity and customer information.

Requirements:

1-2 years in field sales and Marketing.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and customer-focused.
Comfortable using tech tools for sales tracking.
Must be local candidate.
