Job Description

Field Sales Executive

The Field Sales Executive plays a key role in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives by leveraging the agency network effectively. Also responsible for overseeing and expanding the distribution of insurance products through independent agents or brokers.

 

KEY ROLES-

  • Identify and recruit new agents and brokers who align with the company’s business goals. Develop strategies for building a robust agency network.
  • Track sales performance through KPIs and ensure the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the agency channel.
  • Provide continuous support to agents to address challenges, clarify doubts, and ensure that agents are well-equipped to sell the company’s products effectively.
  • Regularly audit agent activities to ensure that they are in line with legal and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted promotional campaigns and materials that support agents in selling insurance products.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, agent performance, and overall channel health.

 

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS-

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales
  • Local preferable
  • 21 to 38 age only
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, sales techniques, and market trends.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team of agents.
