Role:
Leading a group of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) is the responsibility of a sales development manager. Their primary responsibility is to assist the team in generating new leads and establishing a robust sales funnel. By offering coaching, controlling performance, and developing successful plans, they make sure the team achieves its objectives.
Responsibilities :
1.Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.
2.locating fresh business prospects.
3.Assist the group in creating a solid sales pipeline and acquiring new clients.
4.Hire, train, and onboard new members of the sales staff.
5.Encourage cooperation and maintain team focus.
6.Enhance team performance and sales procedures on a constant basis.
Requirements :
Any Graduate
Min 2 to 3 years’ experience in Field sales and marketing
Age between 21 – 38
Strong ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
