Role: Field Sales Executive
Objective: A Business Development Manager (BDM) leads and grows a sales team, finds new business opportunities, and helps the company expand.
Key Responsibilities :
Set goals to grow the business and revenue.
Find and target new markets.
Identify potential clients in those markets.
Follow up on leads and help close sales.
Set team goals and plan how to reach them.
Requirements:
Graduate degree or similar qualification.
2-3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Age between 21 and 38 years.
Strong leadership to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication skills.
