Position Overview: 
To supervise and improve the performance of the agency channel at our insurance company, we are looking for a Sales Development Manager who is extremely driven and results oriented.

Key Responsibilities: 
Oversee the agency channel’s daily operations to guarantee efficient operation and the accomplishment of sales goals.
Establish measurable, unambiguous sales goals for the agency channel and make sure they are regularly met.

Desired candidate profile:  
Education: Graduation is mandatory
Experience: Maximum in 2 Years in any field sale (Minimum 1 + Yeras Experience in Insurance)
Age: minimum 21 years and max 38 Years
Fic CTC + incentive (220000 LPA TO 300000 LPA)
Minimum 1 +Yeras Experience in Insurance sector
