Job Title: Field Sales Executive
A sales manager oversees a group of sales development representatives (SDRs), assisting them in creating a strong sales funnel and producing leads. They make sure the group meets its objectives by offering direction, keeping an eye on output, and creating winning plans.
Education: Any Graduate
Pay Roll: On Roll
Experience: 2-3 years in field sales and marketing.
Age: 21 – 38 years
Responsibilities :
1.Employ, train, and acclimate new salespeople.
2.Help the team expand the sales pipeline and acquire new clients.
3.Encourage teamwork and maintain the group’s goal-oriented attention.
4.Make constant improvements to sales procedures to improve team output and performance..
