Field Sales Executive – Insurance Agency Channel
Job Summary: Sell insurance products through a network of agents. Build strong relationships with agents to increase sales. Achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Find and train new insurance agents
Sell insurance products to customers through agents.
Help agents sell more by providing training and support.
Understand the insurance market and customer needs.
Make sure all sales follow company rules.
Requirements:
Experience selling insurance products.
Good at building relationships.
Strong sales skills.
Willing to travel to meet agents and customers.
Age: 21 to 38
Experience: Min 1 + years of experience in sales & Marketing (BFSI & insurance)
Must have local candidate
