Job Description

Field Sales Executive – Agency Channel 
Drive sales growth within the life insurance agency channel by acquiring new clients, collaborating with agency partners, and executing sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities: 
Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients for life insurance products.
Agency Collaboration: Work with agency partners to generate leads and drive sales.
Sales Execution: Implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain client and agency relationships.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Reporting: Track sales progress and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.

Requirements 
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience: 2+ years in sales, preferably in life insurance.
Skills: Strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
Certifications: Relevant insurance licenses preferred.
