We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our agency channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding market share, and achieving sales targets within a designated territory. This role involves extensive field work, building strong relationships with potential customers, and effectively communicating the value of our life insurance products.

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents to ensure long-term loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Adhere to company sales processes and compliance guidelines.
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements: - Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Valid life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
