Job Description

Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the unit’s market and customer segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspire and lead your team to consistently surpass sales goals.
• Recruit, on board, and provide training to new sales representatives.
• Identify and bring on board top financial advisors and leaders.
• Create and implement strategies for cross-selling and upselling.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience: 1 to 6 years in sales and marketing, from any industry.
• Proven leadership capabilities with a focus on achieving targets.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.
• CtC Package upto:3.50
• Graduation is mandatory.
