Roles & Responsibility :

– Requirement for energetic and diligent Managers for Life Insurance Companies

– Identify; Recruit potential Insurance Advisors

– Drive business targets through Advisors

– Coach advisors for higher productivity, prepare strategy; achieve the target

– Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread.

– Generate leads in the open market.

Desired Candidate Profile :

– Qualification : Graduate/MBA

– Experience : 1 to 4 years of agency channel exposure

– Age : Minimum 21 Years – Maximum 38 Years

– Two Wheeler Required
