Job Description

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our agency channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding market share, and achieving sales targets within a designated territory. This role involves extensive field work, building strong relationships with potential customers, and effectively communicating the value of our life insurance products.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and agents to ensure long-term loyalty.
Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
Adhere to company sales processes and compliance guidelines.
Provide accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements:

Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Valid life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
