Job Description
The Field Sales Executive is responsible for selling the company’s products and services directly to potential clients within a specific geographical area. The role involves prospecting, generating leads, meeting with customers, and closing sales.
Key Responsibility:
- Close sales by negotiating prices, terms, and agreements with new clients.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and target potential customers through research, cold calling, and networking to expand the customer base.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree Is Mandatory.
- 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
- The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
