Job Description

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for selling the company’s products and services directly to potential clients within a specific geographical area. The role involves prospecting, generating leads, meeting with customers, and closing sales.

Key Responsibility:

  • Close sales by negotiating prices, terms, and agreements with new clients.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and target potential customers through research, cold calling, and networking to expand the customer base.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree Is Mandatory.
  • 1-5 years of experience in sales and Marketing.
  • The ideal age range is 21-38 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with the ability to manage a team.
