Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with our insurance agencies within your designated territory.
Responsibilities:
Recruit, onboard, and train new insurance agents in your area.
Develop and implement strategies to meet assigned sales targets for new business and policy renewals.
Conduct regular sales presentations and product training sessions for agents.
Provide ongoing support and coaching to enhance agents’ sales performance.
Maintain strong relationships with existing agencies and identify opportunities for growth.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to create effective sales strategies.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is Mandatory
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Must be a Local Candidate
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
