Field Sales Executive
Job Description
Candidate Profile :
Ideal candidate should have at least 2+ year of experience in field sales in any Field, This role involves direct interaction with potential clients, field visits, and achieving monthly sales targets. Must be a graduate, aged between 21 to 38 years, and preferably a local candidate.
Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
– Recruit, manage, and support agency partners and their teams.
– Analyze sales data and adjust strategies to maximize performance
– Open market sourcing of business
– Relationship management with Key advisors
– To meet Agents, Lead providers, intermediaries on regular basis and maintaining records in a planned manner.
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree is Must
- Must be a Local Candidate
- Age Criteria 22 – 38
- Minimum 1+ Years of Sales Experience With proven Documents
