Job Description

You will be in charge of developing a high-achieving sales culture in your role as Sales Leadership Head. You will lead regional executives and make sure they are in line with client demands and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

– Oversee the growth and guidance of the whole sales force.

– Create and carry out leadership development initiatives.

– To reach goals, work together with regional managers.

– Monitor performance and offer actionable comments.

– Boost agent growth and capabilities.

Job Requirements:

– Graduation in any field.

– Minimum of 2 years of field sales in insurance.

– Valid bike and driving license.
