Job Description

We are hiring energetic and goal-oriented Sales Officers and Sales Managers for the Direct Channel in Life Insurance. The role involves directly approaching customers, identifying their insurance needs, and offering them the best life insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of sales agents, monitor performance, and drive results.
• Understand client needs and suggest suitable life insurance policies.
• Conduct financial planning and risk assessment for clients.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets consistently.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in any Sales or Marketing(BFSI, Pharma, FMCG)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, with strong sales and negotiation skills.
