Job Summary:
A Field Sales Executive is responsible for visiting potential and existing customers in assigned territories to promote and sell products or services. This is a target-driven, customer-facing role that requires strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and visit potential customers through door-to-door, cold calling, or scheduled appointments.
- Promote products/services and convert leads into sales.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Track and follow up on leads to close deals in a timely manner.
- Conduct field surveys and gather market intelligence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Address post-sale queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales required.
- Minimum qualification required is completion of graduation.
- Required all semester marksheets.
- Required all previously employed company experience certificate (Mandatory for experienced person)
- Preferred local candidate.
