Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales Executive to represent our brand, engage with customers on the ground, and drive regional sales growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and convert potential customers through field visits.
- Maintain accurate records of client meetings and sales progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams for post-sales service and onboarding.
- Resolve field-level customer queries quickly and effectively.
- Track territory performance and share updates with leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field sales.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Must own a bike and have a valid driving license.
Salary up to 3 LPA + Field Incentives + Benefits
