Field Sales Executive

Job Description

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive customer engagement and boost sales in the assigned region. The role involves on-ground client interaction, promotion of products/services, and achieving sales targets through direct outreach.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Actively visit potential and existing customers to promote and sell company offerings.
Deliver persuasive presentations to explain product benefits and features.
Assess client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
Meet individual and team sales targets consistently.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Provide timely updates on customer feedback, market trends, and competitor movements.
Assist in field-level marketing and brand awareness initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date records of leads, interactions, and conversions in CRM or other systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree is an asset.
1+ years of experience in field or outdoor sales is preferred.
Must be a Local Candidate
Age Criteria 22 – 38
