Job Description  
We are seeking an Field Sales Executive to grow and lead an active network of insurance advisors in Aurangabad. This role involves strategy-driven field activities, advisor training, and achieving monthly goals.
 Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • Appoint and activate a team of insurance advisors in your area
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients for upselling and referrals
  • Achieve individual and team targets through effective channel development.
  • Follow up consistently to drive conversions
  •  
     Qualification & Experience:  
  • Graduation (Any stream) – Mandatory
  • Experience: 2+ years in sales/marketing (insurance, finance, FMCG, or similar)
  • Confident in objection handling and closing deals
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
