We are seeking an Field Sales Executive to grow and lead an active network of insurance advisors in Aurangabad. This role involves strategy-driven field activities, advisor training, and achieving monthly goals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Appoint and activate a team of insurance advisors in your area
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients for upselling and referrals
- Achieve individual and team targets through effective channel development.
- Follow up consistently to drive conversions

Qualification & Experience: - Graduation (Any stream) – Mandatory
- Experience: 2+ years in sales/marketing (insurance, finance, FMCG, or similar)
- Confident in objection handling and closing deals
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
