Job Title: Field Sales Executive 
Location: Visakhapatnam
CTC: Up to ₹3.7 LPA + Incentives 
Job Type: Full-Time 
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Field Sales 

Job Summary
We are hiring motivated individuals to build and manage a network of freelance sales associates in your region. You’ll be responsible for driving customer acquisition through this local network and supporting them with training and field activities.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Recruit and onboard freelance sales partners from your area
  • Train and guide partners to generate consistent business
  • Conduct joint field visits to support conversion and product understanding
  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong local relationships and ensure market coverage

 

Eligibility Criteria 

  • Graduate in any stream
  • 2 years of experience in outdoor/field sales
  • Fluent in local language with basic English
  • Must be based locally or willing to relocate immediately
