Job Description

Position Title: Field Sales Executive
Job Type: Full-time | On-roll
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Sales/Marketing
CTC: Up to ₹4.25 LPA + Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities: 
Recruit and manage local sales team
Execute area-wise marketing and sales activities
Provide training, support, and motivation to the team
Generate and follow-up on leads
Track performance and submit daily reports

Candidate Profile:
Graduate (mandatory)
Min. 2 years in field sales or team handling
Strong local market knowledge
Excellent communication skills
