Job Description

Job Role:

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. Your job will be to meet customers, explain our financial products, and help them choose the right plans.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential customers in the field
Explain and sell insurance/financial products
Follow up with leads and close sales
Achieve monthly sales targets
Build and maintain customer relationships

Who Can Apply:

Graduate (any stream)
1–3 years of experience in field sales (BFSI preferred)
Good communication and people skills
Must be target-oriented and self-motivated
Local candidates preferred
