Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Field Sales Executive to drive sales through direct customer engagement. The role involves generating leads, meeting clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential customers to generate sales.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Meet monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities.
Submit daily sales reports to the manager.

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.
Minimum 1–3 years of sales/marketing experience (BFSI preferred).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
