Job Description

We are hiring an energetic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will meet potential customers, promote our financial products, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential clients in the assigned area.
• Promote and sell banking/insurance products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
• Coordinate with the branch/manager for lead updates.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in field sales
• Any graduate (Graduation mandatory).
• Strong communication & negotiation skills.
• Must be a local candidate with good market knowledge.
