Job Description

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive in Kolhapur to drive product sales, build strong customer relationships, and achieve business targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell products directly to clients in the field.
Generate new leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Collect market insights and report competitor activities.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

Graduation is mandatory.
1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in BFSI, insurance, FMCG, or retail sectors.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
