About the Role:

• We are hiring fresh graduates as Field Sales Executives in the banking sector. This role involves meeting customers outside the branch, promoting banking products, and helping them with account opening and financial solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customers in assigned areas to explain Savings & Current Accounts
• Promote and cross-sell banking products like Fixed Deposits, Loans, Insurance, and Credit Cards
• Generate leads and convert them into active customers
• Maintain healthy customer relationships and provide service support
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets through field activities

Requirements:

• Fresh graduates (any stream) can apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
