Job Description

Summary:
We need a Field Sales Executive who can meet clients, explain products, bring new leads, and achieve sales targets. The job includes visiting customers, building relationships, and closing sales.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead a sales team to achieve company goals.
  • Guide and motivate the team to generate sales and meet targets.
  • Ensure the team achieves individual and group sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide excellent service to keep clients satisfied
  • Find new clients through market visits, references, and networking.

Qualification:

  • Graduate or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Experience in sales and marketing.
