Summary:
We need a Field Sales Executive who can meet clients, explain products, bring new leads, and achieve sales targets. The job includes visiting customers, building relationships, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a sales team to achieve company goals.
- Guide and motivate the team to generate sales and meet targets.
- Ensure the team achieves individual and group sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Provide excellent service to keep clients satisfied
- Find new clients through market visits, references, and networking.
Qualification:
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.
- Ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Experience in sales and marketing.
