Field Sales Executive
Job Description
We are hiring The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating business through field activities, acquiring new customers, and achieving sales targets by promoting company products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers in assigned areas to promote and sell products/services
- Generate new leads through field visits and local market activities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Explain product features and benefits clearly to customers
- Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of forms
- Provide post-sales support and resolve customer queries
- Report daily activities and sales updates to the reporting manager
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduation in any discipline (mandatory)
- Experience in sales or business development preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a customer-focused approach
- Knowledge of the Gangtok local market will be an added advantage
