Position : Field Sales Executive
Location : Contai – Serpur Etwaribar
Salary : 3.15 LPA + Monthly Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities :
– Visit customers at their location and present our products in a simple way
– Create a list of potential customers and follow up with them regularly
– Handle customer questions and help them make the right decision
– Submit your daily sales report to your reporting manager
– Work towards achieving your monthly target every single day
– Coordinate with your team to ensure smooth operations

Candidate Profile :
– Graduation is must (Any stream)
– Minimum 2 years of field sales experience in any sector
– Must be a local candidate from Contai or surrounding areas – Mandatory
– Experience in any sales role such as FMCG, Finance, Telecom, Pharma or similar
– Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
– Ready to travel within the local area for client meetings
