A leading company is now hiring Field Sales Executive  in Ramgarh. We are looking for local people with real sales experience who are ready to get started immediately.

Position : Field Sales Executive
Location : Ramgarh
Salary : 3.15 LPA + Monthly Incentives

Roles and Responsibilities :
– Meet new customers daily in your assigned territory
– Build your own lead base and convert it into business
– Maintain long-term relationships with your customer portfolio
– Fill in your daily report accurately and submit to your manager
– Consistently deliver your monthly sales commitment
– Be part of a team that works hard and grows together

Candidate Profile :
– Graduate from any university
– 2 or more years of field sales and marketing experience
– Must live in Ramgarh or very close by – This is compulsory
– Background in any sales role is fine – we value your experience
– Good at talking to people and building trust quickly
– Target-driven individual who does not need constant pushing
